Welcome to Mynte (ViewMynte) ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service govern your use of, and access to, our mobile application, website, and any related services, including but not limited to the ViewMynte application, blockchain wallet integrations, digital rewards, music streaming, YouTube integration, task completion, social features, and all features provided through the platform. Please read these Terms carefully before using our services.
By accessing or using ViewMynte, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not want to be bound by any part of these Terms, you should not access or use our services. Continued use of the service after changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
1. Eligibility and Account Registration
You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. You agree and acknowledge that you are at least this age by using ViewMynte. You will be held responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. If you are under 18, you should have a parent or guardian review these Terms with you.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate your account if we determine that you have violated these Terms or have participated in fraudulent, illegal, or damaging activities. We may also take action to protect other users and the integrity of our platform.
2. Your Responsibilities
You will not use ViewMynte in a way that will damage, disable, overburden, or impair the service or interfere with any other party's use of the app. You are responsible for your conduct and for any content you post or share.
You agree not to use automated systems or bots to interact with the app, and not to attempt to access any section of the service without permission. You will not misrepresent your identity or affiliation in any way or use the service for any unlawful purpose. You will not harass, threaten, or otherwise harm other users, and you will not abuse the reward system or task completion features. You will not use multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages or manipulate the music streaming or YouTube integration features. You will not attempt to circumvent any access restrictions or time limitations that we put in place to ensure fair use of the platform.
Failure to comply with the above can lead to the instant termination or suspension of your account without warning. We may also report illegal activity to the relevant authorities and take other steps we deem necessary to protect the platform and our users.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, trademarks, logos, software, designs, and other materials on or accessible through ViewMynte belong to ViewMynte or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are not allowed to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of these materials without our prior written permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
Users who upload or post content to the service are still its owners, but by uploading, you are allowing ViewMynte a global, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, display, use, and distribute such content solely for the purposes of delivering and marketing the service. This license continues for a reasonable period after you remove content, to allow us to remove it from caches and backups.
4. Cryptocurrency and Wallet Integration
ViewMynte is embedded with blockchain technologies and allows users to receive cryptocurrency via engagement-based rewards. We do not control or own the blockchain networks with which we interface, and we will not be liable for losses resulting from network congestion, slowed transactions, wallet problems, or third-party wallet or exchange actions. Cryptocurrency values can fluctuate; you use the service and hold tokens at your own risk.
You are solely accountable for securing your private keys, recovery phrases, and digital wallets. We do not store or have access to your private keys and cannot assist you in recovering them if you lose them. Loss of access to your wallet may result in permanent loss of tokens or rewards. We recommend backing up your recovery phrase in a secure location.
5. Music and Entertainment Features
ViewMynte provides music streaming capabilities including YouTube integration. When you use these features, you must comply with the rules below and with any applicable third-party terms (including YouTube's).
You agree to comply with YouTube's Terms of Service and acknowledge that music content may be subject to copyright restrictions. You will not attempt to download or extract audio from videos and you will not use the music features for commercial purposes. You understand that some content may be restricted based on your location and that we and our partners may remove or restrict access to content that violates these rules or third-party terms. We may remove or restrict content that violates these rules or third-party terms.
6. Task Completion and Rewards
Our platform includes a task completion and reward system. Rewards (including ViewCoin and MYNTE) are subject to availability, change, and our anti-fraud and fairness policies.
When participating, you must complete tasks honestly and without automation. You agree not to use multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages. You understand that rewards are subject to change and availability and that we may modify reward rates or conditions with reasonable notice where practicable. You acknowledge that we may implement anti-fraud measures, including verification steps or limits on rewards, and you agree to comply with all task-specific rules and requirements. We may delay, withhold, or revoke rewards if we detect abuse or violation of these Terms.
7. Social Features and Referrals
ViewMynte includes social features and referral programs. Referral rewards are subject to separate terms and availability.
When using these features, you agree to use social features responsibly and you will not spam or harass other users. You understand that referral rewards are subject to terms and conditions that we may publish from time to time. You agree not to create fake referrals or manipulate the system, and you will respect other users' privacy and preferences. We may limit or suspend social or referral features if we detect misuse, and we may revoke referral rewards that were earned in violation of these Terms.
8. Access Time and Premium Features
Our platform uses an access time system where users can unlock features through various means. Access time and premium features may change over time.
You understand that access time is earned through legitimate engagement and you agree not to manipulate the access time system. You acknowledge that premium features may require access time and that access time may expire and need to be renewed. We may change how access time is earned or used with reasonable notice where practicable. We do not guarantee that any particular feature will remain available or that access time will never expire.
9. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to do any of the following while using ViewMynte. Violation may result in immediate account suspension or termination and, where applicable, reporting to authorities.
You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the app or its underlying code, and not to remove or alter any proprietary notices within the content or app. You will not use the app to transmit viruses, malware, or other destructive code or use the app in a manner that could disable or destabilize services or networks. You will not spam, phish, or scam other users or third parties. You will not use automated tools to complete tasks or earn rewards, create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages, or attempt to manipulate the reward or mining systems. You will not use the music features to circumvent copyright restrictions or abuse the social or referral features. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes abuse or manipulation and to take action accordingly.
10. Third-Party Services and Links
Our service may include links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us, including but not limited to YouTube, cryptocurrency exchanges, and social media platforms. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or third-party practices of such websites. You access them at your own risk. We request that you read their terms and privacy policies before engaging with them. Any dealings you have with third parties are solely between you and that third party.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ViewMynte shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in any way related to your use of the service, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if notified of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain damages; in those jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
In no event will our total liability to you under this agreement for any claim exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for using or accessing the service during the past six months. If you have not paid any amount, our total liability shall not exceed one hundred United States dollars (USD 100) or the equivalent in local currency.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ViewMynte, its officers, employees, partners, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way related to your access to or use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of the rights of another user or third party. We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with us in defending such claims.
13. Termination
We can suspend or terminate your use of ViewMynte at any time, without notice, for activity that we believe breaches these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason in our sole discretion. We may also terminate or discontinue the service or any part of it with reasonable notice where practicable.
You may cancel your account if you wish to, through the settings menu within the application. Upon cancellation, we will process your request in accordance with our data retention and deletion practices.
Upon termination or cancellation, your right to use the service will cease immediately. We may remove or retain your data in accordance with our data retention policies and applicable law. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.
14. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms from time to time. We will post changes on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Changes become effective when posted unless we specify otherwise. Your continued use of ViewMynte after any such change signifies your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the service.
If the change is material (for example, significant new obligations or limitations on your rights), we will provide reasonable notice where possible, for instance, in-app notifications or email notification. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.
15. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms and your use of ViewMynte will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where ViewMynte is situated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the service will be resolved exclusively by final binding arbitration if not prohibited by law, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
If arbitration is not available or is prohibited in your jurisdiction, any disputes shall be commenced in courts located in the jurisdiction determined in these Terms. You hereby consent to the sole jurisdiction and venue of such courts. You waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue.
16. No Warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not warrant that the results obtained from use of the service will be accurate or reliable. You use the service at your own risk.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ViewMynte in relation to your use of the service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations regarding the same subject matter, whether written or oral. This agreement is personal to you and may not be assigned or transferred without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without your consent. Any attempted assignment by you in violation of this section is void.
